David Kuhl is the new president and chief executive officer of First Clover Leaf Bank.Kuhl previously was chairman, president and CEO of Freestar Bank in Pontiac, Ill.The appointment is effective Oct. 7. Kuhl succeeds president and CEO Dennis Terry, who has been named director of market relations and board projects at the bank.
