Source: Odessa American, TexasNov.儲存 15--Local economic development officials said they still believe the Texas Clean Energy Project is going to break ground as scheduled, but if it does not break ground in December some major funding could be lost.That was the report during the meeting of the Odessa Development Corporation Thursday afternoon.During an economic development update from Guy Andrews, the economic development director for the Odessa Chamber of Commerce, he said he talked to Summit Project Manager Laura Miller and felt positive the TCEP would continue with its scheduled December groundbreaking.Andrews also said that if the project did not break ground by the end of the year, the Summit Project would lose a $450 million grant from the Department of Energy's Clean Coal Power Initiative.
